This isn’t quite the vibe of, “let’s just take a deep breath and relax.” This is more like, “let’s take a deep breath, exhale, and then keep it pushing, because there’s no time for a break.” Sometimes, life really is that busy, and there’s not much we can do about it except push through. I personally have a really hard time staying motivated when life becomes too overwhelming—my instinct is to shut down altogether. This is the ritual oil I’m using to help me find the Fire and Air power necessary to persevere through endless chaos, long work days, and heavy course-loads.
