NO MORE NIGHTMARES ❊ Ritual, Body, & Spell Oil

This oil recipe actually stems from old folk tales and remedies for how to cure nightmares, or how to prevent them. Star anise and rosemary keep negative energies back while chamomile keeps the mind calm during sleep; howlite prevents dream attacks and lepidolite (which contains lithium) helps you to sleep quickly and soundly. Typically when I use this oil, I don’t remember my dreams at all. I’ve had clients, however, say that their dreams become weird. Very weird, or weirdly neutral, but not scary.
