THE STUDY OIL ❊ Promoting Focus, Attention, and Memory

Now that I’m back in school going after my Masters in clinical psychology, I’m doing more studying, reading, and intensive focusing on topics than I have in about a decade. I devised this daily tool to help me out with studying—and so far, my A+ grades in senior-level classes are definitely on board. The Study Oil blends theories in herbalism, mysticism, and cognitive psychology. This oil has strongly helped me in staying present, focusing on the correct thing, filtering out sounds and thoughts that aren’t helpful, and synthesizing dense information into personally-relevant content that is stored and easily retrieved from long-term memory. The Study Oil smells so much like a ‘90s craft store full of potpourri at Christmas, promoting a sense of warmth and coziness while doing something mentally taxing. You’ve got this!
